No support, not even a response!
My (new) air console device (companion product for get console) died on a flight back from a customer some weeks ago. Since then Ive been trying to get support or at least any kind of contact with the vendor but all my mail were ignored and nobody answers the phone. I spent €139 on a brick. Dont do the same. Worst service experience ever.
